The mild bitterness of matcha latte with creamy pumpkin crema makes a nice texture and flavor.
原料
Pumpkin Spice Powder - 40 g
Pure Matcha Powder - 6 g
Base Crema Powder - 10 g
Milk - 200 ml
Ice Cubes - 150 g
Fructose - 0.8 oz
Temperature Water - 100 ml
Cinnamon Powder - a pinch
準備
Cold version:
1. Mix 6 g of pure matcha powder and 200 ml of milk and 0.8 oz of fructose evenly.
2. Blend 40 g of pumpkin powder and 10 g of base crema powder with 100 ml of water to make the fluffy pumpkin crema.
3. Place 150 g of ice cubes into the serving cup and pour the matcha latte.
4. Top the some cinnamon powder for garnish.
5. It’s done! Enjoy your drink.
