Ingredients
Matcha Powder - Premium - 40 g
Ice Cubes - 350 g
Smoothie Stabilizer - 10 g
Water - 200 ml
Strawberry Syrup - 1 oz
Base Crema - 20 g
Strawberry Powder - 30 g
Preparation
1. Blend 20 g of base crema powder with 30 g of strawberry powder and 150 ml of water (ratio 1:3) for later.
2. Add 350 g of ice cube, 40 g of premium matcha powder, add 10 g of smoothie stabilizer and 100 ml of water.
3. Blend till smooth and pour into a cup.
4. Pour 1 oz strawberry syrup as blood and pipe the pink crema on top,
5.It’s done,enjoy!
