About the Recipe

It's a sweet and creamy beverage that combines the rich flavors of Thai tea, creamy vanilla ice cream, and the fun surprise of bursting boba. Perfect for a hot day or as a dessert drink, this treat is sure to satisfy your taste buds!

Ingredients

Thai Milk Tea Powder ( DPA0101 ) - 40 g

Orange Bursting Boba Sour ( BBS004 )

Creamer - 24 g

Hot  Water -150 ml

Ice - 400 g

Vanilla Ice Cream

Preparation

1. Mix and stir 40 g of Thai tea powder and 24 g of creamer with 150 ml of hot water until dissolved.

2. Pour the milk tea mixture into a shaker and shake with 250 g of ice cubes until chilled.

3. Fill a serving cup with 150 g of ice cubes, about 80% full.

4. Pour the Thai tea into the serving cup, then gently scoop a ball of vanilla ice cream on top.

5.Add bursting boba as a topping.

6. Sip with a fat straw and enjoy your drink!
